Tips for the optimal usage:
- Reading: Read the statement to the audience.
- Take the time: Give the audience time to send in their message. Subdivide the statements for better understanding.
- Questions ready: It is useful to set up a few possible answers in advance. In case the audience does not send that many answers immediately, the moderator can put the prepared answers on the screen. This will motivate the participants.
- Anonymity: The power of the application is the anonymity. Asking people what answer they sent in is fine as long as it is voluntarily.
