Sendsteps will only process personal data gathered with ‘Best Practice’ questionnaire in accordance with this statement and the applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data that we process

Sendsteps processes your personal data by using our services and / or by providing your personal data to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we process via Best Practice:

  • First and last name
  • Job title
  • Linkedin profile

Purpose and basis of data processing

Sendsteps processes your personal data to prepare a Best Practice case, which purpose is to share an experience and the results of using Sendsteps at events. Best Practice case with your perosonal data will be published on Sendsteps website. Personal data, that’s being gathered through the Best Practice questionnaire, won’t be used other than for the purpose of creating and publishing a Best Practice case.

Changes to our Best Practice statement

This statement can be modified by Sendsteps at any time. You can always find the most recent version on our website (www.sendsteps.com).

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct and/or delete your personal data based on privacy legislation. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Sendsteps. You also have the right to data portability, which means that you can submit a request to us to have the personal data that we have from you sent to you or another organization mentioned by you in a computer file.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to privacy@sendsteps.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks, at your request.
