Create a word cloud in five easy steps
1. Create Sendsteps
Create your Sendsteps account.
2. Log in
Log into your user dashboard and download and install the PowerPoint add-in or click on ‘Play online quiz’ to make a presentation in the web version.
3. Create presentation
Click on the Sendsteps tab on the tab in your PowerPoint window or click on ‘Create presentation’ in the web version.
4. Add question
Click on ‘Add Question’, and select ‘Word cloud’ as the desired question format, and then type out the question you want to ask. Note that you need to inform your audience to send their responses with single words to make the word cloud more dramatic. You can also adjust advanced settings like the number of responses a user can send in per time.
5. Enjoy word cloud
Click “Add Question”. Your audience will now be given a web portal where they can send their answers into the Sendsteps word cloud generator. Their responses are captured in a word cloud, which appears on the PowerPoint screen for everyone to see.
