Survey Research is for a designed study. Everyday feedback stays on Survey.

Sendsteps is ISO 27001 certified. An independent body audits the information security management system.

Study data stays on infrastructure in the European Union. Responses can be anonymous or identified. The assignment each person saw is recorded, so the study can be reproduced.
GDPR by design
Privacy is built into the platform. The privacy statement and a data processing agreement are available for review. SSO and admin control sit with the institution.

Frequently asked questions about Survey Research
Do I need my own design?
No. You can generate a design in Sendsteps, or import one you already have. A generated design needs at least 7 attributes, with at least 3 levels each, before you publish it.
Can I use a research panel?
Yes. Pass panel parameters on the survey URL. There is no separate panel integration. The link carries the values into the response.
Which analysis is included?
Hierarchical Bayes estimation, attribute importance, level utilities and a package simulator.
What is not included yet?
MaxDiff and adaptive choice-based conjoint (ACBC) are not included.
How do I get access?
