How long can I use my Free Sendsteps account?
At Sendsteps we offer lifetime Free Plans, so you can try out Sendsteps as much as you like. We offer different plans with more features and we continuously revise our plans to ensure maximum value.
How many questions can I ask with my Free account?
The Free account is limited to 2 questions (any type other than quiz) and 5 quiz questions.
Which payment methods do you offer?
You can purchase your plan with a credit card or debit card. For Enterprise, Campus or Large Event licenses we can offer invoices payable through bank. You can request an invoice to pay via bank transfer by sending an email to sales@sendsteps.com.
Can I pay for just one month?
Yes, at Sendsteps we offer yearly and monthly plans. If you only need Sendsteps for an one-time event, you can purchase one of our One-time plans which is valid for 7 days.
Can I still cancel my subscription if I changed my mind?
Within 14 days from the day you purchased you can request a refund via legal@sendsteps.com. Refund can only be requested when the interaction functionalities are not used and you didn’t host a Sendsteps session. See our terms of service(s) for more information.
Do you have special prices for educational use?

Do you offer any discounts for NGOs and nonprofits?
Yes, registered NGOs and nonprofits can contact us by email via sendsteps.com to request the discounted price.
Can I share my account with a colleague or friend?
No, sharing your account with others goes against our Terms of Use. However, we offer several plans that give you the option to add extra users to your license so more people can use Sendsteps in their (daily) meetings and presentations.
Can I use the same presentation at the same time in several locations?
Per user you can host one Sendsteps session at the same time. Running the same presentation at the same time in several locations is only possible when more users are added to your license, and when you share your presentation or questions with the person who is owning the other account.
How many users are included in a plan?
Standard there’s one user included. With selected plans you can add more users to your license for an extra fee. See our pricing table for more details.
I have a Presentation with an audience size bigger than 1.000 people. Can I still use Sendsteps?
Yes, you can still use Sendsteps, but please inform us on forehand when you will have a session with more than 1.000 participants.
How many licenses do I need?
Every Host needs his own license. A Host is the speaker/presenter at/of a presentation/meeting. If you have a Team with more hosts, more users.
People that are in your audience don’t require a Sendsteps account or license. They can just join by using the QR-code or filling in the login code on the response website.
Do I have to pay for my audience to join my Sendsteps session?
No, your audience can just join your Sendsteps sessions without having a (paid) account.
What does Company Branding mean?
With our extensive branding options you can have your corporate identity reflected in the smallest details.
Can I change my plan?
During your subscription you are always able to change your plan. Upgrades can be made via our pricing page, web app, PowerPoint add-in or Dashboard. Downgrades take effect when your current license term expires.
