Steps

  1. In My Library, choose Create with AI. The title is Create with AI.
  2. The step is What are you going to do? Choose Run a quiz. You see Interactive and Check understanding. It then shows Selected.
  3. Choose Next.
  4. The step is What should this quiz test? Under Source, choose Keywords or description. The field is Quiz topic & scope.
  5. Describe what the quiz should check. Choose Next.
  6. The step is Which language should we write in? The field says Search languages… Choose the language. Choose Next.
  7. The step is Quiz settings. The line says Shape the pace, difficulty, and scoring feel of your quiz.
  8. Under Number of questions, choose 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, or 50.
  9. Under Difficulty, choose Easy, Medium, or Hard. Medium shows Recommended.
  10. Under Purpose, choose Engagement, Learning, or Assessment.
  11. Under Time limit per question, choose No limit, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, or 60 seconds.
  12. Under Leaderboard, choose After every question, Every 2 questions, Every 5 questions, or Only at the end. Choose Next.
  13. The step is Pick a visual theme. The field says Search by name. Choose a theme. Choose Next.
  14. The step is Choose a working title. Under Suggestions, choose one. Or type your own under Your title.
  15. Choose Finish setup. The presentation opens in the editor. AI drafted the quiz. You decide what to keep.

While the slides are created, the line changes.

You may see Generating slide content…

You may see Picking a great layout…

You may see Adding titles and text…

You may see Almost there…

The slides are in the editor. Change any slide you do not want.

Only if you want to change an earlier step

Choose Back. You return to the previous step.

Only if you want to start from a file

Under Source, choose Document upload.

The line says Upload a PDF, Word, text, or PowerPoint file as reference material.

You then see Your document.

Only if AI is turned off

The dialog title is AI disabled.

The line says At the request of your company, all AI functions have been disabled.

Choose OK.

Only if you have used the AI presentations on your plan

The dialog title is AI presentation limit reached.

The line names how many AI presentations your plan allows, and how many days that period lasts. It ends with Upgrade to create more.

Choose Keep working or Upgrade.

If it does not work

You see Could not check your AI presentation limit. Try again.

You see Failed to complete presentation creation.
