Steps

  1. Open the presentation in the editor.
  2. Select the text on the slide.
  3. On the toolbar, choose the wand.
  4. The menu title is AI powered.
  5. Choose Rewrite, Extend, or Shorten.
  6. The selected text changes. Edit it if you want different wording.

AI rewrites that text. You decide whether to keep it.

Only if you want a different tone

Choose Adjust tone.

You see Back, Casual, Neutral, Persuasive, and Intellectual.
