Steps

  1. Open the presentation in the editor.
  2. In the left rail, choose Media. The panel title is Media.
  3. To find a photo, use Search stock images.
  4. Or open Library & shapes. You see My image library, Audio, Video files, Arrows, Shapes, Frames, and Graphics.
  5. Choose an item. It is placed on the slide.
