- Choose Questions. A panel opens. Its title is Interactive questions.
- Open Activities, then choose Rating.
- It appears on the slide you are on. You do not press Save.

- Open Statements. The statements start as Quality, Clarity, and Overall experience. Under the heading it says Audience rates each statement on the same scale. Replace them with your own.
- To add a statement, choose Add statement. You can have from 1 to 8 statements.
What you see
The statements sit on the slide with the scale. When you present live, you see the scores for each statement.
What participants do
On their own device, they give each statement a score on the same scale.
When to use it
Use a Rating when you want to know how sure, how clear, or how useful something felt. A high score shows confidence. Pair it with a question that checks the content itself.
Settings
Open Scale. A new Rating uses 1 to 5. The ends of the scale start as Low and High. Replace those words with the labels you want people to read.
Under Show answers, a new Rating uses Show answers after a click. The result stays hidden until you click. Switch to Show answers immediately if you want it to appear while people are still answering.
Time limit is off. People can answer for as long as the question stays open. Turn it on to close answers after 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2 minutes.
Participants can edit their answers is on. A person can change what they already sent. Turn it off if you want the first answer to stay.
If it does not work
A slide can hold one interactive question. If it already has one, you see One question per slide. The message says Only one interactive question per slide is allowed. Choose Cancel to stay on this slide, or Add to new slide to place the Rating on a new slide.
