Steps

  1. Start the live presentation. The steps are in Start a live presentation.
  2. Press the right arrow key. The next slide opens.
  3. Press the left arrow key to go back one slide.

Use the arrows on the screen

Move the pointer to the bottom left of the screen. The controls appear. They also appear for a moment when the presentation opens, then hide.

Choose the arrow that points right. The next slide opens. In Help (?) this control is called Next slide.

Choose the arrow that points left to go back one slide.

Only if people are still answering on this slide

Press the right arrow key. The next slide does not open. The answers show on this slide, and people can no longer answer this question.

Press the right arrow key again. The next slide opens.

Press the left arrow key while the answers are showing. People can answer this question again.

Only if you want a different slide

Move the pointer to the bottom left of the screen.

Choose All slides (grid). You see the slides.

Choose the slide you want. That slide opens.

What participants do

On their own device, they see the slide you opened.

Before a question starts, they see When the presenter asks a question, it shows here.

If it does not work

On the last slide, the arrow that points right is unavailable.

If the controls are hidden, move the pointer to the bottom left again.
