Steps

  1. Open the presentation in the editor.
  2. Choose Questions. Open Utilities, then QR code.
  3. The panel title is QR Code.
  4. You see Live join code. The line says Participants join via this code. It is managed by the live session and cannot be edited here.
  5. The code is shown under that line. Under the code, you see the link people open.
  6. The same code is placed on the QR slide.

What the code is

People ask how to change the response code on the QR. That code is the live join code.

Sendsteps generates it for this presentation. It is four letters, then four numbers. Another presentation gets its own code.

Open this presentation again, or present it again, and the code stays the same.

You cannot change it

The panel shows the generated code as text.

The letters on the slide follow that code. The presentation puts the generated code back on the QR.
