Steps

  1. Open the presentation in the editor.
  2. Select the slide that the new slides should follow.
  3. Under the slide list, choose Import slides.
  4. The dialog title is Import slides. Under it you see Add slides from a PowerPoint file after the slide you have selected.
  5. You see Drag & drop your PowerPoint here.
  6. Drop the file there, or choose or browse for a .pptx file.
  7. While the file is prepared, you see Preparing your presentation workspace...
  8. You see Choose slides to include. The line says Click a slide to zoom in, then tick the checkmark to include it.
  9. Tick the slides you want. Add to deck stays unavailable until at least one slide is ticked.
  10. Choose Add to deck. The button shows Adding slides… while the slides are added. They appear after the slide you selected.

Only if you want every slide

Choose Select all. Every slide is ticked.

Choose Clear to untick them.

Only if the file is large

The line starts with Large deck detected. It then says Click a slide to zoom in, then tick the checkmark to include it.

Only if you picked the wrong file

Choose Remove PowerPoint file. The file is cleared, so you can choose another.

Only if import is limited

The dialog title is PowerPoint import limit reached.

The line names how many PowerPoint imports your plan allows, and how many days that period covers. It ends with Upgrade to import more.

Choose Keep working to stay in the editor.

Choose Upgrade to open pricing.

If it does not work

You see Could not check your PowerPoint import limit. Try again.

Choose Cancel to close the dialog without adding slides.
