Steps

  1. Open the presentation in the editor. The toolbar is the bar across the top.
  2. On the left, the arrow tooltip says My Library. That returns you to your library. While a save is still running, the arrow is unavailable.
  3. The title field says Insert title until you name the presentation. A new one starts as New Sendsteps.
  4. The tabs are Deck, Results, and Surveys. Deck is where you edit the slides.
  5. On the right you see Feedback. Its tooltip says Report a bug or request a feature.
  6. The download icon tooltip says Export to PowerPoint.
  7. Choose Share to share the presentation. Choose Present to run it live.

On Surveys, Present is replaced by Publish or Unpublish.

While it saves

Next to the title you see Saving... Then you see Saved.

If saving fails, you see Unable to save. If the presentation fails a check, you see Presentation failed validation on save.

When someone else is also editing, you see Syncing… and then Synced. You may see Me. That group is labeled People editing this presentation.

You may also see a comments icon. Its tooltip says Comments and design review. A chat icon tooltip says Chat with collaborators.

Only if you see more tabs

You may also see Sessions, Participants, and AI.

The AI tooltip says Generate slides with AI. If AI is turned off for your organisation, the tooltip says At the request of your company, all AI functions have been disabled.

Only if you see Master

The button says Master. The tooltip says Enter Master Mode.

Choose it again and the button says Exit Master. The tooltip says Exit Master Mode.

If people are invited to edit, the tooltip says Master mode is unavailable while collaborators are invited.

Account menu

Open the account menu. Under App you see App settings, Switch to dark mode or Switch to light mode, Start the tour again, Keyboard shortcuts, and Report a bug or request a feature.

You may also see Page size configuration.

Only if export is not available

A dialog opens. Its title is Export to PowerPoint. The line says Export to PowerPoint is not available yet.

Choose Close.
