Steps

  1. In My Library, open the account menu.
  2. Under Account, choose Plan & billing.
  3. Under Billing & renewal, Renewal status says Automatic renewal enabled. Choose that.
  4. The dialog title is Cancel plan.
  5. Choose Confirm cancelation.
  6. You see Your automatic renewal has been canceled. Renewal status then says Automatic renewal disabled.

Only if you want to keep the plan

Choose I have changed my mind.

You see Glad you are staying with us.

Only if renewal is already off

You see Automatic renewal disabled. Choose Activate to turn renewal back on.

You see Automatic renewal has been enabled.

If it does not work

You see Could not cancel automatic renewal.
