How to Use Create a Quiz.

Web app

1. Create your Sendsteps account

Take a few moments to sign up for your Sendsteps account if you haven’t already done so.

2. Add your quiz

Next, open the web app and go to ‘Create Sendsteps > Add slide > Quiz’. Fill out the questions you want to ask to your audience.

3. Tweak your settings

You can tweak your advanced settings in the right column. Browse through the options and choose the ones that you believe is best-suited for your target audience.

4. Add more questions

You can add more questions to your quiz until you are done.

5. Post your questions live

Once you’re done with the advanced settings, start your presentation. The questions will then go up live on the shared screen along with instructions on how your audience can participate.

6. Get responses

The software will automatically tally the results and display them on the live screen. You can decide the show the leaderboard (top 5 performers) after every question and end with the podium – the top three or the overall winner.

PowerPoint add-in

1. Create your Sendsteps account

2. Download and install the PowerPoint add-in

Next, download the PowerPoint add-in from your account. Follow through with the installation wizard. PowerPoint will automatically open after the installation is completed.

3. Add your quiz

Now, click on the ‘Add Questions’ tab on Sendsteps’ toolbar and then select ‘Quiz’ and type out the questions you want to ask in the questions field.

4. Tweak your settings
