End Your Next Team Meeting with a Live Multiple Choice Quiz!

Boring meetings are the worst! It’s no secret that meetings can be stressful and time-consuming. Especially if you have to sit through tedious training or listen to your boss drone on about an unimportant topic. To liven up your next team meeting, try playing a live multiple choice quiz with during the last five minutes of the meeting, by using one of Sendsteps templates or create one yourself. This way, closing the meeting will be more exciting and fun while also being able to go back to work right after! Here’s how it works.

Multiple choice questions

The process of a live multiple choice quiz

While you may think your team meeting has been a success when the timer hits zero, it might be even more successful if you close the meeting with a live multiple choice quiz. The end of your meeting will be far from boring then. Here's how to do it:

  1. Create or signup to your Sendsteps account.

  2. Go to my library and start making your presentation

  3. You can first start with a content slide explaining what the purpose of the meeting is.

  4. For the next slide, select multiple choice and just easily type a question, with multiple answers.

  5. You can choose to select a correct answer or not, this depends on your question, for example when asking which topic appeals the most to your audience, everyone will have a different answer. But when asking how much profit the company made over a year, obviously one answer is correct.

  6. When you're finished with your presentation, you can present it to your audience, they will scan the QR code and will be able to answer through their phones. The answers will pop up on the screen and could be discussed.

Prepare Ahead Of Time

Find some potential questions to ask your team. You'll want about 1 question per minute of your meeting. The end of your meeting should take about 5 to 10 minutes, so get ready to prepare 5 to 10 questions, that are work-related. Two questions are given below:

  • What did you think of this meeting?

  • What would you do differently next time the meeting is held?

Multiple choice questions

These are only two examples, but it is up to the speaker to come up with a few more.
