Prepare Ahead Of Time
Find some potential questions to ask your team. You'll want about 1 question per minute of your meeting. The end of your meeting should take about 5 to 10 minutes, so get ready to prepare 5 to 10 questions, that are work-related. Two questions are given below:
What did you think of this meeting?
What would you do differently next time the meeting is held?
These are only two examples, but it is up to the speaker to come up with a few more.
